Your Spiritual Practice Means Nothing If You’re Still an Asshole: Find Your Truth In Sacred Ceremony

What if your spiritual practice isn’t about how much you can transcend, but how deeply you need to descend — into your body, your shadows, your relationships, your raw humanness?
We live in a time where spirituality has become a curated spectacle — incense curling through curated altars, crystals glinting beside designer water bottles, mantras sung at sunrise for the camera, cold plunges captured mid-scream, and yoga flows timed perfectly with golden hour light.
Is it not glaringly obvious by now that most of the “spiritual coaches” on social media are playing a role? The content speaks for itself — polished, performative, and painfully devoid of real depth. They are simply monetizing on spiritual tools, healing modalities, and universal facts.
What good is your practice, your devotion, the rituals — if youre still an asshole to those around you? When you still speak sharply to your partner? When you judge the stranger on the train?
What good is your Sunday Worship if you still can’t forgive your own blood brother?
What's the point of your religion when you've forgotten that
Love is the most important thing to focus on?
Krishna showed us the way to Love is through play. Dance. Song. Art. Laughter. Mischief. He danced with the gopis under the moonlight, reminding us that divinity is found in movement, unfiltered joy and raw ecstatic connection. What law? He lived in the vibration of Love.
Love lives in color, rhythm, vibration. Spontaneity. Humor. Curiosity.
It lives in the courage to be cringe, to express freely, to delight in the beauty of the world like a helpless fool.
Buddha, on the other hand, showed us the way to Love is through stillness. He sat beneath the Bodhi tree until the illusions dissolved and the suffering ended. He invited us to silence the mind, to quiet the storm of desires, to become the still lake reflecting the truth of all things. There was no set of rules he came to share with us. Only stillness.
Silence the mind. Quiet the heart.
In stillness, we face ourselves.
We sit with what is.
And in doing so, we find acceptance.
We find unconditional love.
Not in grasping, but in letting go.
And then Jesus, the last avatar, came to show us the way to Love is through service. He washed the feet of his disciples. He healed the sick, fed the hungry, and forgave the unforgivable. “Love one another,” he said, “as I have loved you.” Not because it’s easy, but because it’s the only way to build the Kingdom of Heaven here and now.
Awaken to your inner divinity.
Love is meant for all.
Heaven is not a place we go, it's a frequency of Love we vibrate in.
True revolution is not in power, but in compassion.
The greatest miracle is a heart that chooses love over fear, every time.
Jesus did not demand worship, rather, he came to demonstrate what it means to walk as Love incarnate — to forgive without condition, to serve without recognition, and to remind every soul that the light of God lives not above us, but within us.

So ask your sweet little heart this — What good is all your spiritual effort, if at the end of the day you’re still hard, still defensive, still unkind, still anxious, still jealous, still angry, still prideful, still comparing and competing with others?
Even the most “advanced” monk — the one who sits in solitude for months, chanting into the void, basking in Source — can still emerge disconnected, impatient, unloving and be an asshole.
Enlightenment isn’t a badge. It’s not how much light you channel, but how much love you embody and hold for life itself.
Are we really all so blind to what actually matters? We obsess over the next retreat, the next wellness hack, the next manifestation technique — yet we can’t look our neighbor in the eye with genuine care.
We dress up our suffering in spiritual language, while avoiding the real work — learning how to love in the messy, painful, uncurated human moments.

We post about gratitude and presence, but we still snap at our mothers. We quote Rumi and Ram Dass, but we can’t even listen to our best friend without interrupting.
That’s not enlightenment. That’s cosplay. It’s wearing the mask of “Peace & Love,” while secretly rejecting your own shadows and denying your darker instincts. The more you deny your current shame, the more shame you'll manifest to deny in the future. Acceptance is the only way to break the cycle.
The path to Love begins with owning your darkness. That's not just the uncomfortable truth; it’s the most painful process you’ll endure in this human life. And if you fail to start that process… you’ll reincarnate into this ghetto realm again, just to learn this very lesson.
Accept your darkness to reveal your light.
You must start by accepting the most undesirable truth of all: That you, like every human on this planet, are capable of the greatest evil. You are not exempt. You are not immune. You, just like every human in this 3D realm, have within you the capacity to hurt, manipulate, destroy, control, and deceive.
This is not a flaw, it's part of the human condition.
The point is not to shame it, but to understand we cannot be light without the dark.
The point is to look it in the eye and say: “I see you. But I choose differently."
That is real power. That is divine maturity. To accept and detach. To notice and not act. To feel the surge of anger rise, and meet it with breath. To feel the urge to judge, and soften into compassion and understanding. To watch the fears surface and respond with love.

Is it easy? Of course not. But it’s possible. And when you do it (even just once), you’ll feel the reward instantly. An opening. A lightness. A Love that doesn’t need to be earned — only uncovered from beneath all those layers of false belief.
So for those who are ready to go deeper — beyond the Instagram spirituality, beyond the intellectual knowing, beyond the performance… I’m inviting you to sit with the sacred teachers found in psychedelics.
I will be in Berlin June 15th - July 5th, where I will be hosting two intimate medicine ceremonies on the last two weekends of June.
Ayahuasca on June 20th
Mushrooms on June 27th
This is not a trend. This is a profound opportunity to sit with the greatest professors in the universe, held in a safe container with experienced professionals.
This is not something you do for clout. This is a divine instrument that will force you into alignment if you choose to work with it correctly. Yes, there is absolutely a 'correct' way of working with these tools. And no, the correct way is not going to Peru to drink with a shaman you know nothing about.

The medicine has no interest in your ego. It doesn’t care how spiritual you think you are. She will show you who you truly are — the truth you’ve been avoiding and the love you’ve forgotten. Not because you’re broken. Not because you suck as you are… but because life can be so much better, easier, and more joyful than you ever imagined. You seriously have no idea how good this reality can be — until you see it for yourself.
This isn’t about escaping. It’s about finally coming home to yourself — raw, radiant, and real. It's for those who are ready to see where they are still lying to themselves and are ready to live in their boldest truth.
If you're tired of all the fake bullshit... If you’re ready to stop pretending and start becoming…
If you’re ready to align your actions with your highest visions… If you’re ready to know yourself more deeply than ever before, and finally love the person you find…
We are waiting for you in Sacred Ceremony.
